Eighteen years ago — May 1, 2007 — Schedulefly was launched with a simple idea: help independent restaurants manage their staff schedules with software that’s clean, easy, and doesn’t get in the way.
We priced it fairly and humbly, and then we just… left it there. That price chart is collecting dust on our web site. It has literally never changed.
Today, in 2025, Schedulefly still costs the exact same thing it did in 2007.
That’s not a typo. That’s a choice.
And it’s one I’m incredibly proud of.
Nothing else costs what it did in 2007
Not gas. Not eggs. Not Spotify or Netflix or any of the other modern tools and subscriptions we all use in life and business.
But Schedulefly does.
In a time when most software companies raise prices annually — often by double digits — we’ve kept ours exactly where they started. Not because we haven’t earned the right to raise them. But because we believe our customers deserve to know we’re in it with them, for the long haul.
The value keeps growing, but the price doesn’t
Over 18 years, Schedulefly has saved ~20,000 total restaurants millions of dollars — by saving time building weekly schedules, preventing missed shifts, eliminating frantic last-minute calls, and helping managers create smart schedules that trim unnecessary labor costs.

I’m not saying we will never raise prices. But today we’re celebrating the fact that in eighteen years of doing business, we never have.
